From time to time, We may use the services that customers use make to customize Our products. We also track customer traffic patterns and site usage.  Traffic and usage data is used only to improve Our Services’ designs and operation and to provide Our customers with a fulfilling experience.

6.      Corrections/Updates to your Account.

You can correct your account data on our Services by clicking on “My Account.”  If you have any questions or concerns about correcting or updating your Account, please contact Customer Service.

7.      Receiving Promotions/Opt-Out.

From time to time, We may contact you about sales, special offers and new site features if you agreed to be included in Our email lists when you provided us with your information. To customize the information you want to receive from Us on our Services, simply sign on and select the specific information you wish to receive. To cancel Our free emails, follow the directions in the email communication you received from us. 8.      Customer Service.

In addition to being able to call Our customer service at, you may also email Us by sending an email to info@votespotter.com. When you email Us, your emails are stored within Our system so that We may refer to previous emails from you as needed so that We may properly address your questions and concerns. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, the information you provide to customer service is not shared with anyone without your consent.

9.      Customer Feedback Form.

You can use this form to give Us any input which we will use to improve Our site. The only required data is your name and email address. The remainder of the data is optional. We only use this data to make improvements on Our Services. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, this data is not shared with anyone in any way.

10.   Our Third Party Relationships.

We have established several relationships with third parties vendors to best serve Our customers and to operate our Services.

1.      Third Party Service Providers: We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on Our behalf in connection with the operation of Our Services. Examples include fulfilling orders, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, hosting and operating the Services and providing customer service. 2.      Affiliates: From time to time, We may establish one or more affiliate programs. An affiliate program allows other web sites to earn money by linking customers to Our Services from their sites. That is, We will not tell Our marketing partners that you purchased a specific product, but we may tell them how many customers purchased that product.

We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.  Notwithstanding our implementation of safeguards, we cannot guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

12.   Changes to Our Privacy Policy.

If We are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, We will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not We use your information in this different manner. In addition, if We make any material changes in Our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in Our database, We will post a prominent notice on our Services notifying users of the change. In some cases where We post the notice, We will also email users who have opted to receive communications from Us, notifying them of the changes in Our privacy practices.
